Late game US vs OKW

I am having a problem with late game US vs OKW.

OKW infantry shreds my infantry like paper.

BARs DO help, but only until obers show up.

AA halftrack gets blown up by shreks.

AT gun cant pierce heavy tanks. AP shells help, but its not enough.

Machine gun dies too quickly by direct approaching obers. Two salvos and thats it.

OKW blobs up and kills everything I have.

Can you recomend me a guide or something?

Is US faction very hard to play with? I heard it takesa LOT of micro to play it. Is that truth?

I find rush for Sherman + paras with lmgs or doctrinal lmgs for Rifles as the only way.
Any fuel upgrade (grenades, zooks, bars) delay Sherman to the moment when Panther hits the field so Im trying to skip them somehow (zooks -> cpt, bars->Thompson for paras or free from fuel lmgs).

HE shermans, M8s, multiple M2s, sometimes pack howitzers. there are options but they tend to have issues with OKW's other units.

Keep in mind that what you are encountering right now is a HUGE balance problem, so it's not only you who has to deal with OKW blobs.

what Australian Magic says is one of the best ways, but do not, DO NOT get over confident with you Shermans.
