It appears that most bears are too busy hunting with other bears to get many 1v1's done, and to be honest I don't think it is actually reflective of skill.
In any case, here it is.

Couple of things-
Any thought as to a proper map pool? Of the current 1v1 maps-
- Ferma
- Ferma Winter
- Langres
- Stalingrad
- La Gleize
- Crossing
- Semois
- Semois Winter
- Minsk
I'd say only Ferma Summer, Semois, and Crossing really cut it. Minsk, Langres are axis favoured, Stalingrad, La Gleize, Semois Winter are allied, and ferma winter is blizzardy hellhole of terrible fps.
Commanders- It would be interesting if there would be a way to encourage usage of less commonly used commanders- i doubt anybody wants to see mech assault vs guard motor vs fortification vs airborne every game, anyway.
Lastly- any consideration into using the kappa mod Cruzz released recently, just to shake things up a little? Its almost certainly not entirely balanced, but some of the basic changes- no death crits on vehicles, for example- seem very attractive.

Personally Im for Crossing, La Glieze and Semois.
2. About commanders, I think Rifle and Elite troops are very controversial cause of veterancy for free but Im not fan of any prohibition (poll again).
Well, I can't force anyone to use less common doctrines
