Oh, it's actually a pencil drawing and I scanned it to see if I can color it, however I can't because I just can't do coloring with a mouse XD
So I decided to just tweak a little bit... and I clicked the Picture Film/Negative and ended up like this
And next I tried to make it look much more "snowy" and result was that :L

No worries, edited versions of a certain piece of art still count as one entry. You can edit a certain piece as much as you want !
