Its no secret that getting stuff on STEAM outside of at least 50% sale is a robbery.

Getting games from your local stores will always get you waaay cheaper game then if you used steam.

I know I don't speak Chinese. So yes it is much easier. Especially if there was an issue and I needed to contact support. So it is safer for me.

okay did some research it seems relatively safe. its the equivalent if ebay and amazon had a baby in china. as there is both auction and fixed prices. though if you don't know Chinese you gotta rely on translator which isn't necessarily reliable.

Taobao never supports Paypal, maybe a VISA/Master credit card?
