So as title and poll says.
Do you agree that automatch should have fixed positions?

Personally i dont like it and i have no idea why relic did it.

I feel like the maps are this way designed that some spwans favor different factions. So yes please, keep them as they are.

I think its good cause it means maps can be balanced knowing what factions will have their base where

Germans starting at the left on Semois? In the North of Langres? This would be strange since the map balance is different this way.

that's good point. but tbh, many maps are just blatantly/fairly one sided no matter the faction. and the fact that one faction gets that side all the time isn't far

They could keep fixed spawns if they reversed the Allies/Axis spawn for the majority of 1v1 maps. I honestly wouldn't mind this, however at the moment it is all wrong and is literally unfair/boring.

For automatch I still prefer random positions as it lets you use a lot more strategies and increases replayability.

That's what it seems like to me also. So they either need to randomize spawns again, or (better yet) fix the maps.

random is better for variety and fun, fixed is better for competitive. In automatch I could see it either way. But yeah a lot of maps need to be reversed.
