Capwalking is fine IMHO, It won't give you a huge nor decisive advantage over the opposing player and uses a lot of your micro/concentration which is a valuable resource in-game. I don't think it can be used after the first capping phase is over, it's just too taxing later on and you might forget about some units and lose them while capwalking.
So, there's a risk vs reward and an opportunity cost involved, it's not abusive at all.
SwS Truck crushing, as during the release of WFA was extremely abusive, that's why it got fixed in a matter of days. It involved a free truck that could wipe out entire enemy squads without the OKW player ever suffering loses and bleeding MP.
Truck pushing can still be considered abusive if using the SWS trucks. The way I see it, it's a free truck that is unarmed but you can still use it to push/harass the opposing player's infantry preventing it to deal consistent DPS, there is no trade off and no downside to using it in this manner unless you over extend dramatically and lose it to concentrated fire, if you lose it good job you just tied down a sizeable enemy force for a few moments and captured the point/won an engagement, but if you do lose it you delayed your tech (But I don't think the penalty is that severe as you receive a new truck for free, not sure how much you delay your tech tough as I don't have OKW).
Whereas If you push with a kubelwagon, an M3, or an Ostheer Scout car, you are trading DPS for pushing/disrupting infantry because these units are most efficient at range to deal consistent DPS, so there's a tradeoff. Still, I don't consider SWS pushing truly abusive, but more of an annoyance. Lastly I'm fine with it as I rarely see it.
Advanced Capture Technique but really a bug

There is an interesting 7-year old video showing an advanced mechanic from vCoH.
It basically shows that you can throw a grenade while the rest of the squad keeps moving and only the one guy that throws the grenade stops to perform the throwing animation.
This is insanely helpful in situations, where your opponent cant pay close attention, as normally, a moving squad means that the squad is not throwing a grenade. I am not 100% sure if this exists in CoH2, but that is not important for my point, anyways.
Basically, this was not intended by Relic. Their intention was that you have to stop moving with your whole squad in order to throw a grenade. It was NOT intended to have the rest of the squad moving while only one guy stops moving.
The interesting part is that they never removed it. The reasons for that are not known to me, but no matter why they didn't remove it, it was definitely a really good way of using advanced mechanics to outplay your opponent. Players simply learned to adapt to it and the game became just a bit move micro-intensive and the skill cap was increased just a tiny little bit.
There are a lot of other tricks like this, that make this game more fun, more (micro-) intensive and players that take the time to learn all these things will have a small advantage. I don't see how things like this would need a fix, I rather think it would be really bad if every little trick that gets discovered in future gets removed because the community is crying abuse.

Funny you mention that because I think they removed that moving while throwing a grenade a couple patches ago

Did they??
Sad to see that they are changing things like that after it has been around for 7 years and really everybody was already using it.
Wonder why tho, wish there was an explanation to be found somewhere.

I am not sure that this was intentional, Relic never said something about that. Maybe and possibly it is another Bug... which i hope that it is because that means that they will fix it eventually.

Nah, you can still do that in vCoH. It's because the units are heading for cover, so they start moving automatically behind the piece of cover, and only the one unit throwing the grenade stops.

Seems the same capwalking that it existed in vCoH.
The micro required to do that only allows to use it at the beginning of the game, so not something that needs to be fixed urgently.
...............
Yep! Here is a demo from a former GR Strat Specialist, NuclearSenseii. He made 3 vids on the subject.
Sepha often used it.

Well, this mechanic will never, ever, ever lose you a game, especially at your level of play. At the extreme, highest level of play it might give a player a tiny advantage, but that's it.
Your argument is still "it's not intended, therefore it is wrong". I've done my best to explain why that is a terrible opinion to hold. You are not convinced, that is fine, but hopefully others who hold your views can read my arguments and consider them fairly.
You make some very good points, Inverse. I admit that "unintended =! wrong."
In this case, though, I dislike having this mechanic in the game even if I don't term it "abuse." It contradicts the way squads generally work in the game, and you have to click around in spastic way to make it happen. In this case it doesn't matter much because the benefit is small. It's kinda like the US pop cap exploit - yeah, it's weird, but if your US enemies are sitting around recrewing their Shermans over and over, the match was probably a stomp in their favor anyway.
In other cases, however, when these clunky and counter-intuitive "unintended features" give significant advantages to players who use them, you end with a situation where anyone who wants to have an equal chance has to spastically work through wonky mechanics. It's not "evil" or anything, it just makes the game into a crappier game.
What do you make of that bug where you can gain an extra squad as OKW with the salvage ability? Kinda a loaded question, but I'm also sincerely curious what you would make of that.

I consider capwalking in the same place that strafe-jumping was in FPS.
It's a bug, the game is not intended to do that, but as it requires skill to do it and it doesn't give a blatant advantage the community accepts it.
I doubt capwalking has ever been decisive to win a game in all CoH history.
