Hi everyone,
I have played this map a few times and I win/lose on it about as often as I do on any other map, so this isn't a whine thread.
This map is great for 1v1 but for 2v2 it's just terrible because it's so small. The fighting is so close to the bases that you barely even need to get reinforcement bunkers as Ostheer. There is barely any room for flanking and it encourages static game play.
I think in the future I will spend one of my vetoes on this map when searching 2v2. Is this the right call, or is the map fine for 2v2 and I'm just playing it wrong?

I can tell you that the map maker, OnkelSam, never intended it to be a 2v2 map.

It kinda turns into a camp fest in 2v2's in my experience.

Yes this is a good map for 1v1 and a bad map for 2v2. The problem is that there are worse maps in 2v2 automatch (manily the new campy wfa maps), so I never get the chance to veto it.

It is way too small for 2vs2. Better kick maps like this out of 2vs2 and bring Pripjat Winter back.

Love this map in 2v2 as you get to use mortars and arty which youll never or seldom get to use othervise. Great 2v2 map!

I also think this is a great 2v2 map, it's a CQB map with lots of fast play and pressure.
for me it is the opposite; both sides camp the river bank with support weapons until the unflankable 70 range vehicles arrive.
Good map, but not for 2v2.
But people should have the choice so I prefer more vetoes over maps being compeltely removed from auto
