We wanted to better define the role of the Jaeger Light Infantry as a recon unit while improving its provided utility to the player. The single G43 rifle enables the squad to ‘snipe’ enemy infantry, performing effectively at long range. Combined with its above average sight range, ability to spawn behind enemy lines, and booby trap ability, this squad enables the player to harass the opposing players infantry and economy.

Squad no longer fully equipped with the G43 rifle; base rifle switched to KAR 98
Squad now equipped with one G43 sniper rifle; instantly kill entities at or below 75% health on hit

Added ‘Infiltration Tactics Grenade’ ability to the squad
Manpower cost from 340 to 300

Today I learned "Any place" means "ambient buildings only, non-garrisoned ones at that".

Good luck spawning them on Steppes or Minsk.

They should've kept the old price IMO. Definitely feels worth it.

trying to find ONE or TWO maps where it is not possible to use them usefull.
and your words about ISU and Bunkers are just ridic...you know that too...

btw combined with paratroopers which are also able to spam out a house they rape single infantrie and weapon crew near them, even if the opponent retreats immediately...

its good to have strong units but guys cmon. is this fun to anybody? its not fun if theres no challenge....that's just not company of heroes anymore with this hulk units and doomsday artillery abilities...

Agree is a total mess. I mean, why nerfing core infantry units to oblivion and creating as a compensation terminator squads in paid doctrines? These things would only limit the game choices, everybody will be tempted to chose this doctrine or other with powerfull infantry offmap units to try to stop american and soviet blobs. They could instead make fallshirms and jagers more balanced and let alone the sturmpios and volks. Stupid changes.
