I don´t think the Pershing would be a good addition to the game. I like that the US have this realistic flair of not relying on heavy tanks. One commander alone could destroy this gameplay and you would see Pershings in most of the games.

What´s needed (for the heavy tank skin) is a Sherman Jumbo. There was a 75mm and a 76mm armed version of it.

In team games it is 90:10 for germans. Why? ;)

Better late game tanks, decisions team games.

Well first of all the Pershing wasn't even used in the Battle of the Bulge and second of all where are you getting that from?

Intuition. Could be wrong. But they're bringing in 3 new companies. The Battle of the Bulge saw superior German tanks rolling through American tanks. Probably will include some sort of company about leveling the playing field

but just a guess

As pretty much a USF-only player, I'm rather content with the tanks we've got now. Jacksons and Shermans can pretty much solve all my ailments.

If anything, a damage sponge like a KV-1 in the form of the Sherman Jumbo would be nice (but that's for another thread).

So, I pretty much don't care if a Pershing is added or not - yay if it is! But I'll still be here if it isn't. ;)

As a sometimes USF player I don't see the pershing getting used in 1v1 but in team games it can greatly help out an all USF team. I'm just gonna point out that not all commanders are meant for 1v1, some are designed for team games.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Pershing considering the new factions were introduced during the late period of the war. I would also recommend getting the Crocodile Sherman and Calliope introduced as well. And for those saying balance would be messed up, compare the Pershing to the Panther.

I'd like to see Jumbo rather than Pershing

As long as it's fat and can take a pounding I don't think any USF player would complain.

The game already has enough heavy tanks. This is basically crying for more company of call-ins.

Of course, more stuff is always good and I like fighting against big things even if I don't play Americans. Relic just has to balance them properly.

And the game will continue to get bigger so as long as it has a specific role that it can fill, why not? Also Relic is already testing ways to weaken call-in strats so I don't see this as a problem.

The percentage of players doesn't prove that one faction is more powerful than the other.

I want Jumbos. Which gun, i dont really care, since the Jackson will provide all the AT support a meatshield needs, but as long as the Jumbo has a lot of health and can deflect shots like mad, then im happy.

I dont want a Pershing because Pershings arent spammable.

I am more an axis Player but i also like to Play US and soviets and i would love to see the Pershing for the USA. If relic would add him this would be my favourite US commander.

I m also looking Forward for the Calliope, rangers and jumbo.
