So I´ve been having trouble with facing a double sniper + clown car opening the last games. The HT's are fine once you get a shreck but I cant find a proper counter to those pesky snipers. And they drain MP like crazy.
Any ideas fellas?

Really? Seems rather risky chasing after a sniper with a 240mp package waiting to explode from small arms fire :/

I play mostly 1v1 and my post are with 1v1 in mind.

Get early flak truck -> take it to his cut off and make him sorry he did not go T2. He has nothing to deal with you at that moment. When he gets T2 or guards to counter your flak truck, Be more careful with it but don't be too shy, get as much punch from it as you can since its value decreases vs soviets as the game goes on 
Comes down to who micros better mostly.
Getting infrared Eye of Sauron helps taking your flak where AT guns or flanks are not.

What this guy is saying. if he goes tier 1 a soviet player is just fucked against a flak track rush even if he has a guards doctrine. just drive your stuff to the cuttoff point.
late game snipers are easily dealt with with the obers long range killing power

Usually targeting the sniper with a 430mp light howi from T0 works for me(forces him to keep moving it or while he's moving it it runs into the barrage shot)

Against good player you have to get a good flank to kill his snipers.
A Flak HT rush maybe pushs him a little bit back, but it wont break his neck. As well that you cant chase snipers with a Flak HT, because of the set up time of 5 seconds.
Another good counter is the stuka, which you already got in the same building like the Flak HT. If you cant stop the sniper with these units, go and produce a Stuka.
And last but not least, if you got 2 Füsiliere with G43 and a Sturmoffizier in the background they are able to shoot the sniper down, before the second sniper shell appears.
Fallschirmjäger is also an opportunity, but i wouldnt choose a whole doctrine, just to counter an early soviet strat. On the one hand, if you get them it's most of the time gg, but if not and you arent used to play that doctrine, it's gg for you

How to counter early sniper ? Quite simple :
- Early Flak HT with support on cut off or/with > Inf Hotwizer barage + Sturm offizer for maximum accuracy.
