Anyway it will be slightly more survivable then M3 scout car and won't be able to crush infantry tomorrow(or today at night).

Guess we forgot about M3 Snipers already. Exploits have always been a part of CoH. If you haven't noticed, players will do just about anything to win. People sit around and try to formulate how best to rush someone off the map by finding the smallest yet most profound gaps in the balance framework in order to not give their opponent a chance.

It's a free-for-all of cheap tactics out there...what makes this bug any different to a balance oversight like snipers in clowncars?

M3 snipers were not an exploit. M3 snipers were a design choice they redacted in time because it turned out to be utterly broken. The entire soviet fraction pretty much got a buff in return to keep them competitive, mind.

You can tell that wanted them in there for a while because the first attempted fixes were making it 50% accuracy on the move and then the crew inside having a 50% chance to snuff it.

This is an exploit that was fixed and slipped the net. It's not meant to be there at all.

I see no difference in this case because in the scheme of things there is no such thing as playing "fair" when the game itself offers way too many avenues to try and cheese out a victory, with spamming, mindless Brit simcity, using bike/jeeps to push infantry...etc.

I'm not introducing any mods or hacks so why the hell should I or anyone else be banned for playing the game in the state that Relic delivered it? You guys are directing your anger/menopause at the messenger and not the source.

I'm not doing it for a stat boost, I just think it's incredibly hilarious and I really cannot help it if all I need to do is drive at the enemy.

Destroy your own OKW's truck if you don't need any more bases for salvage, now that's an exploit of the game and it works.

Anyways I only stated truths. MG42 was abused, it was fixed. LVL 45 German commander was abused, it was fixed. G43, Vet2 Panther, PIV...all subsequently fixed. KV-2 however? Not yet but thats okay.

In fact I am doing my civic duty of abusing the hell out of this bug so that it DOES get fixed! I should get a medal really.

The SS Totenkopf Death's Head isn't a "German theme", it is a very specifically Nazi icon, and these guys are kind of responsible for genocide of 12 million people. It's not like you're sporting an Iron Cross, which is still even used today by the German army, or even just general Wehrmacht imagery. I must say I miss the truck a bit. I had so much fun crushing people into rage-mode. Now when ISU was clearly abused for 2-3 months, with no soviet player ever stopping emself, at least Relic could have given me a whole week with the good ol' truck.

The Death's Head insignia has been used by German/Prussian military units for hundreds of years before the Nazi Party was formed. Knowing what you are talking about goes a long way.

Exploit: taking advantage of a bug, glitch, whatever falency on the game engine.
Abuse: usage of the "op" unit.

Abuse: M3 + sniper, clowncar, "maxim spam", ISU, Strafin pin, MG 10% supression, etc.
Exploit: FHQ for free, truck crush/push, Puppchen 1 shot 1 kill, German Radio intercept (trolol), "free squads with salvage", etc.

we can still use the truck to destroy cover, which gives volks and mg34s advantage.

I'm no apologist for Uncle Joe, but who specifically caused a lot of the deaths under his reign of terror is highly suspect. Were the famines because of his collectivization policies or were they because the Kulaks burned all the crops and killed all the livestock out of spite?
