Lags in early game can 'lock up' buildings.

Starting production/construction during early game lagfest is deadly. The production/construction will be 'stuck' in lag state and never advance. Suffice to say, if you build a consript, you will not be able to ever build anything from the HQ until the game ends. Likewise, starting T1 will drain you resources, delaying you considerably.

Yep happened to me with one of the soviet t1 buildings. Dont build before the game has really started!^^
