I had thought that with T70 being buffed and T34 being useful as something other than a battering ram people would be using this.
It seems not?
Anyone Using Soviet Industry this patch?

I have already seen many people use soviet industry in Rostov, its pretty efective there with lots and lots of T34...(and repair stations of course, minimun 10)

I use it frequently in team games. I really like T34 gameplay, and you can build T3 as early as possible to get a CP boost from it, thus unlocking the 3CP fuel bonus earlier. I like T70s, but I find myself using upgraded quad tracks more. They are more effective at close range, can reinforce, and have AA. The biggest challenge is balancing your manpower expenditures vs fuel, and not ending up with excess fuel and no manpower.

T-70 wasn't really buffed.
It was adjusted, but certainly not buffed.
Its AI is comparable to what it was and its survivability is exactly the same against everything except upgunned AC, yet it got a hefty cost increase.
I wouldn't use it, unless you were sitting on opponents fuel all the game.
For merely 30 more fu you can have a tank that actually can fight now.
Industry as a whole is also pretty bad right now, tanks got increase in fuel cost as well as menpower and while fuel isn't that bad, its quite noticeable with the menpower in this extremely mp starved doctrine. On top of that all call-ins in this doctrine were nerfed with survivability.

I use it whenever I feel my winstreak is getting too high.

I'd love to if not for the fact that I'm usually more starved for manpower than I am for fuel.

during the late game you basically get all the fuel but you get no manpower and you cant buy anything.

For an ocasional 4v4 its still pretty funny to do KV8 and SU85 spam, backed up with Katushkas (and a KV2 if you can afford one).
Medium tank spam is always going to have trouble as soon there are a few paks around. Unless you were very well backed up by team mates.
