well maybe you are right, he can be just using screen capture on the mini-map and show it on the other monitor

I dont think its possible. Im guessing its just a photoshop or a screen shot.

Let me explain; Its not the tactical map on the second monitor but the mini-map.

some software can do this.

3 titans for what? my simple 660 GTX can do it.
and btw the game wont look too good on SLI mode...

In case anyone is interested I found a way to do it using Open Broadcast Software:
Add a game capture for CoH2
Open CoH2, start a custom game and pause it
'Preview scene' in OBS
Click 'edit scene'
Enlarge and move the image so only minimap shows
Unclick 'edit scene'
Move the OBS window to the second monitor
Right click on the image 'fullscreen preview mode'

It's the minimap, but bigger and on another screen. If you try it you'll see there is virtually no benefit other than the looks.

And if someone rides two bicycles at once in a race he probably deserves to win
