well, you know how the USA faction is coming out in june, i'm just wondering, if any of you american history blokes can tell me if USA ever camouflaged their tanks or light vehicles?

i can't imagine relic wanting to miss out on all those tank skin sales by introducing a faction that uses olive drab on literally everything....

The US had some sets of actual camouflage...

FWIW the Soviet accounts I've read say they never ever saw camouflaged Soviet vehicles, so I think as with the Soviets it'll be a case of Relic using their imagination...

They did, I don't know if all the patterns are legit, and obviously not as much as in CoH2 where every vehicle has camouflage, but they did.

The Americans had camouflage too, but like the Soviets, it was much less common.

USSR also had a lot of camouflage, but due to the fact that the army had little camera that photographs camouflages quite rare (the Germans liked to photograph everything as tourists)

But I was more annoying in this game infantry skins, the Red Army had more than 16 speciation camouflage suits.

There are 4 patterns that the US used on their tanks that I know of, a pattern with black stripes over the base green, a pattern with orange-brownish stripes over the base green (similar to the Soviet central front skin), a pattern with small, short yellow stripes painted everywhere on the vehicle over the base green, and a pattern big yellow stripes over the base green (this one was used in Italy).

There was also a picture of the small yellow stripe camo but I can't find it right now.

I'm actually wondering about German camouflage. Obviously Ostheer has German camouflage, so what will OKW get?

Yeah, maybe. But on the other hand, it'd be kinda bull if you had to buy X camouflage for Ostheer and then buy it again for OKW. If it's even the same as Ostheer's, that is. That's more along the lines of what I meant.
