One can argue that the B-4 might be to powerfull and all but I dont want to argue this topic.
Instead I want to suggest one small change to give the adversial player at least a chance to react:
Make the gun sound louder!
As it is now you can barely hear it shooting and that takes away any chance to react.
A louder shot however will allow decent players at least to react in some way. You still wont know where it will hit or what units to move. But you can at least do sth.
I myself like to use the B4 a lot. However I feel a little bit cheap when doing so because of the stated reason.
So pls: A louder shot is not too much of a request.

Well, my sound setting is on High and I can hear it from the next room. You might need to check your setup.

Are you sure? Because when rifles are firing and tanks are shooting I can barely hear it anymore.
In fact I can only hear it then when I KNOW its shooting.

It's extremely easy to hear. And also extremely inaccurate so you never know where it'll land so honestly not much you can do about it on the receiving end other than keeping your units well spaced. Don't worry, nobody thinks it's op right now.
