Bah! MG 42 needs to be more effective at countering blobs. Hell you don't even need a blob, just charge 2 conscripts 10 meters apart and the MG is done for. Can't do that with a Maxim!
Before anyone gets mad, I'll clarify:
A Maxim has a 6 man crew, can reface quickly toward the second squad, and Grenadiers do not have a DoT weapon to force it off.
