Every game I have played after the patch someone drops at the start. If there is any lag at all, everyone drops. I'm in Australia...seems like this is great for people in America but for the rest of us...? I haven't noticed any improvement as far as input lag goes, and the constant player disconnections are very annoying.

I've only played a couple of 1v1's but the difference is noticeable.
Huge +1 to Relic.

Permanently BannedToday I am experiencing some issues with Battle Servers. Basically every once in a while the game totally freezes for 1-2 (sometimes even 3-4) seconds and then it works again normally, moving all the units faster for few secs as if it tries to get again in sync.
It felt a bit weird honestly and while the majority of the game ran smooth those freeze moments caused me some troubles, like almost losing a sniper and a gren squad.
Am I the only one experiencing this? (The game runs at 60-80 fps all maxed, no AA and no vsync, 1680x1050).
Marcus, i have too this problem , i thought it is about i play now on 60 % graphic cuz of new nvidia driver ...

Marcus, it sounds like a typical case of packet loss. It would be interesting to find out of it is on your end, or on Relic's.
I think the next step is to implement a network quality indicator. Something simple like ping bar or a warning that flashes when a connection degrades. The step after that would be to allow x # of pauses per player, as done with Starcraft and Dota to hold the game allow poor network conditions to pass.

Permanently BannedI think overall the Battle Servers are an incredible success for Relic, and is probably one of the most impressive post-release success stories for a company. If their marketing is smart, they should be doing everything in their power to get publicity around it.

Agreed. And Marcus I too experience the same thing...when I leave my Video Encoder running. Which used to cause lag spikes and get me kicked instead.
Now when I get a lag spike the game freezes for 1-2 seconds and then everything OORAHs around the screen.
In essence...i now own my lag and dont pass it off to the other players.

An indicator of the line quality with a ping value with Relic would be cool yeah!

That too could be done for PC with high settings. And these two bars in the lobby.
