I think this is wrong... What is it?

They do some shots and blind the tank? How?

It is their button ability (40 or so munitions) they get when they upgrade to DP light machine guns (60 munitions). It slows and blinds the tank because they are shooting at the tank's optics with a lot of small arms fire to a point where the gunner/driver/commander cannot see anymore what happens outside the tank.
It was a tactic used in WW2, for example by the Brits and its effect was surely very different from the ingame effect.

You can break it by moving outside its radius if they are far from you or by covering your tank with smoke (e.g. Panzer Tactician ability or mortar).

Yeah, it's basically the same ability that Bren gunners had in OF.

why dont they just drive away, I mean when their vision is completely blocked by smoke they dont have any problem reversing or using the ground attack command

its just the way the ability was designed, personally I think its far less powerful than it was in OF, a bren gun with some piat crews in a kangaroo was a lot harder to deal with than a few guards buttoning you down, and as mentioned there are several ways to break it(panzer tactician, mortar smoke)

The ability doesn't even last half as long enough for the mortar smoke to come down. It takes about 10 seconds from the time you order a mortar smoke round for the smoke to actually show up.

The idea of "buttoning up" a tank was not totally unheard of during the Second World War II and was one of the ways recommended of dealing with a tank if you were lacking in full-on anti-tank weapons in US Army training videos:

Regarding realism, it's funny how Guards spewing a few bullets into the Elephant' ass and it's stopped dead.

In war machine guns fire on tanks and loud sound from bullets shock crew inside. Like if you shot on bell. It is realism.

Actually it´s still unrealistic. With a 20mm cannon or a high rate of fire MG you could achieve this. But definitely not with a DP and its small magazine. Will it disturb the crew? Of course, but nothing they can´t simply shrug off. 20mm guns however will make you bleed from your eyes and ears - but even that takes some time.

Thus I also think the idea of guards buttoning tanks is bullshit, but it´s ingame already. So what can one do anyways?

It´s silly to see a Panzer IV stop while guards sit directly on the road in front of them. Every sane Panzer IV driver would just knock those guys over.

Well, in this game generally tanks are so polite they will drive carefully around your enemies infantry instead!

So then infinitely combat wise expert, what is to be done about German armor superiority?

I'm willing to bet $$$ that you've never actually been shot at, let alone by a 30mm bullet, especially while inside of a tank. I'd ask you to delete your idiotic conjecture but I'll let it stand so everybody sees what an arm-chair tactician you are.

Kill them before they vet up?, AT-nades, mines, ram? anything that breaks or damages the engine actually.
