Purchased DLC and it disappeared...

Howdy!

So I've purchased the new commanders today using a Visa card and all went well. It downloaded in a mere second and I opened the game and added some of the new ones to my line-up. I didn't play a game afterwards due to lack of time and only had a chance to give them a go earlier this evening. To my surprise, some of the slots in my commander line-up were empty and all the new purchases disappeared from the customize menu!

I've already sent a mail to Sega (Steam Support directed me towards them) and I'm currently waiting for a reply, but you never know, maybe someone had a similar problem and there is an easy way to fix this? Would be surprised, but it is the time for a Christmas miracle!

If you have the receipt or the DLC is listed in your steam purchase list, then I don't think you will have any problem getting the DLC activated again.

contact steam support and see if they can't help you fix it as long you have proof of purchase. (Check steam purchases.)

edit: can't belive i forgot about verify game cache, oh great gaben please forgive me.

That sucks.

Hopefully support can help. I'd suggest a few things:

- Verify Game in Steam: this seems to solve a lot if issues.
- Check to see what load out you're using: The Theater of War load outs only can use certain Commanders. Also if your in the right faction as well as only Soviets can equip Russian Commanders.

Let me know if that helps at all.
