Hey,
today I stumbled upon some data about teamcolors,
and I thought it may be useful, as I sometimes searched for teamcolors in other games for doing.. things with them I guess.
So here is a little image from which you can take the color from with the eyedropper tool
And the RGB-Values and HTML-Codes:
(Team-Colors)
Self (80, 140, 200) ■ #508CC8
Ally (255, 255, 0) ■ #FFFF00
Enemy (255, 0, 0) ■ #FF0000
Neutral (255, 255, 255) ■ #FFFFFF
(Player-Colors)
Ally 1 (80, 140, 200) ■ #508CC8
Ally 2 (255, 255, 0) ■ #FFFF00
Ally 3 (0, 255, 255) ■ #00FFFF
Ally 4 (41, 177, 18) ■ #2FB112
Enemy 1 (225, 0, 0) ■ #E10000
Enemy 2 (223, 14, 231) ■ #DF0EE7
Enemy 3 (255, 75, 0) ■ #FF4B00
Enemy 4 (100, 50, 50) ■ #643232

I'm sure the colours were wisely chosen for ease of use but dammit I hate them.

I don't use team colours because I fucking loathe that bright pink. Is there a way to edit them without it changing the checksum?

I don't think so, the colors are defined in a .lua file... I'll try some stuff though
Edit: Well putting a modified file in the fitting folder doesn't work, and as CoH doesn't have a console I don't think there is another way besides modding... correct me if I'm wrong

I tried changing color before the exploit was fixed and only the colors in the game models changed, this means that you can change the colors in the camouflage in a tiger for example, but the U.I. (User interface) was still blue for some reason.

Cool colors: allies,
Warm colors: enemies,
...would probably be more efficient/easy on eyes.
But I wonder if there is a colorblindness reason.
