And is it worth it or not ?

False. Weapon range is not increased like you are implying with that equation.
Technically speaking, the weapon range is allowed to be used to its fullest by increasing the sight, if it doesn't have 50 sight already. This can be eluded by having supporting units infront of the ace (which you should). The only way I can see it being useful is when you are chasing tanks with the ace.
It would be great if wooof could come in here and confirm if the ace has 50 sight already and the bulletin just acts as a reconnaisance tool, or if it actually allows the ace to use its max range with no supporting units giving it sight.

yea speaking on bulletins i also think that the Tiger Bulletin that gives 2% armor also gives Tiger Ace more armor

The tigers weapon range IS longer than standard sight range. (I've used the bulletin).
So it does make the tiger more lethal particularly if pushing into their base.
However, it's probably not worth it because your telling opponent in load screen what your going to do. And it's no use if you don't make it that far lol.

Thanks, I wasn't sure but this does indeed make it a good bulletin. The downsides you mentioned however are kinda negating that.

They do, but the cp system is reworked so it's not a big difference.

Yeah, thats a pretty funny troll. 
The bulletin is quite good at lower levels of play, where you can just roflstomp with the ace.
But high levels, its too much of a giveaway (unless you WANT to bait like you point out).

i use the bulletin the last games...but i cant recognized any preparing for the ace at the red side ,the only thing they try is to spam me with t34 ..... vet 2 StuG III ftw
