False. Weapon range is not increased like you are implying with that equation. Technically speaking, the weapon range is allowed to be used to its fullest by increasing the sight, if it doesn't have 50 sight already. This can be eluded by having supporting units infront of the ace (which you should). The only way I can see it being useful is when you are chasing tanks with the ace. It would be great if wooof could come in here and confirm if the ace has 50 sight already and the bulletin just acts as a reconnaisance tool, or if it actually allows the ace to use its max range with no supporting units giving it sight. Thread: Luftwafe support needs to be nerfed9 Dec 2013, 02:04 AM The risk associated with it is big, it takes an entire minute for all packages to drop, during which they can be intercepted and stolen. On top of that, you have to hold the fuel/muni point. And on top of that, you have to face the fact that your entire doctrine is unusable during a blizzard. The doctrine is also very map dependant. Take a map like Rails for example, the fuel drops are risky as hell since those points are always being fought over, muni is doable with a strong frontline. I wouldn't advise going Luft on that particular map. And yep correct rofl, he doesn't know what he's talking about. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Veterancy Bonus Descriptions23 Nov 2013, 21:20 PM The ingame text descriptions of what each vet level does are way too vague for my liking. This already annoyed me in vCoH. It used to be alright when the veterancy bonuses were as straight ahead as they were before the huge veterancy rework, but now that each unit gets their own unique bonuses, I suggest that you include the actual numbers into the ingame texts themselves, so you can better judge what your unit is capable of, while playing. This doesn't sound so hard or time consuming to do, I hope you take this into consideration relic. In: Lobby
