At bare minimum of nerfs they should need to upgrade at the barracks, and probably be delayed by 1 more CP
Makes no sense that they just upgrade instantly on the field when we have multiple other units in the game that "re-fit" in the HQ

I would raise their CP cost by 1, make the rifles convertable in the HQ only, and remove their ability to fire Bazookas on the move

I say we make rangers standard but give them horrible moving accuracy and quarter their DPS, then allow all bazooka troops to fire on the move, and then after that give DAK bipedal tanks
