THis is unfair and should get a ban
Any outside program run with COH3 should badn
Also I think people us it to game ladder by dropping before game start when they hve bad teammate so it not show on game record
make use Elo/Rank program a ban

If only there was some way to respond to being doubled like saying "hey team, I'm being doubled help me out or take advantage of me occupying 2 of their armies"
As far as I know dropping during loading still results in a loss but other than that who cares... those kinds of players are going to drop regardless of whether or not they know their mates' exact ranks or not. They might just stick around for an extra 5-10 minutes before going "omg worthless noob /l"
