Relic Content Creators & rights to unionize

So here's what's happened from what I can see:

1) Ace says dumb shit on a private server (as do many other people)
2) Ace is involved in antognistic behaviour (both ways)
3) People screenshot his dumb shit he says and send it to the CM in 2022
4) Ace is involved in toxic on stream behavior (as are many other people)
5) Ace is involved in very negative feedback for CoH3 on their public server (as are many other people)
6) Ace likely given an initial warning by the CM
7) Ace says more dumb shit on private server (some of it clearly joking), and it gets back to the CM who then removes him from their content creator program, they do not ban him from their game.

Are Relic within their rights to remove him from their program? yes.

We do not however know the full and actual reason he was removed, or the timings, or the warning used.

Based on what we know, does it seem unfair within the context and precedents set with other people? yes.

Based on what we know, does it seem unfair that dark/edgy jokes can be taken out of context in a private setting and illuminated elsewhere? yes, but this always happens on the internet.

Based on what we know, should we unionise? Yes, but we should be unionised anyway.

The ML I run is partly due to trying to keep some level of parity and power for the community where possible, that's my effort. I like it when the community and developer work together, I do not like top heavy, soulless corporate approaches.

What we want from John/ Relic is a clear explanation as to why Ace was removed so people know what to do/ not to do, and so he can learn from his own behavior.

Until it happens it just doesn't feel fair.
