It got totally overnerfed and gone to oblivion, I think that can be given, nothing special, Self repairable light vehicle. Like UC and Kubel.
Kybel can repair itself FREE while moving at V3.
I think giving it can be no problem at only V3.

WC51 should be a stock unit for USF.

What I would test about the WC51 would be to give its HMG back and require an upgrade to either carry troops or for the troops to fire from inside the vehicle.
Then it could serve a a counter to kubels/sniper easier.

You meaning change Basic Cargo + MG upgrade to Basic MG + Upgrade Cargo?

Improving the design of units regardless of faction is actually good for the game and all of us, as players.
