can you give more info about how the bracket gonna get splitted based on ranks?
is it something like rank 1-14 bracket and rank 16-20 something?

Pretty much based on past tournament winnings + best allied/axis rank on a 50/50 ratio.
So really being top 1-100 is your best chance imo to have a slot. But it will be evenly seeded for R1 so the closest ranks will be play each other in terms of skill level balance.
