Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

OKW are pretty weak vs Soviet this patch.

OKW are pretty weak vs Soviet this patch.
Sov was never weak in top 1-200 player hands.

Practice using the Flak HT to counter penal openers (use inf to spot for it). As long as you suppress before they can shoot PTRS you will win. SOV T1 has no AT gun so they are forced to go shoot at it with PTRS penals/Guards.

- a good sov have ptras penal and some cons and run from different angles with cons first and ht must move after first slave from ptrs...because next one can kill it.

Well yes Ullu, as we both know it's playing on a knife edge but the alternative is to counter penals with....volks. And bled to death/walked off the field. If you suppress them, the next salvo will have very low accuracy and misses completely very often. I have beaten Artem and other high rank SOV players with it. Map awareness is key to using the flak HT.
It's the only thing I've found that works and ends up having permanent volks guard duty with it. Mech HQ is a nonstarter vs PTRS penals.
PTRS clown cars are some of the biggest BS I've seen in the last few years though yes.

-i dont understand that scenario, shoot the con that walk in first, has to retreat and the ptrs penals do what now? maybe if you have your flak with no volks around

The issue here is literally learn to play. If your opponent has better micro than you then you're at a disadvantage in any situation. This game relies on counter-picking your opponent or going for a powerful unit or army composition. Just because your opponent forces you to move your halftrack doesn't mean that building the halftrack is bad.
