Did the AT overwatch get nerfed???

I was playing a game today and a KT bounded 13 consecutive shells from an AT overwtach. Is it supposed to do that???? I could have sworn that even ELE's didn't do that.

I don't remember it being nerfed. It's been okay but don't think it's really OP. I'd bet it was a lot more near misses than actual bounces.

Nope, Me and all my team m8's literally saw shell land right on top and deal no damage. And the KT was not even moving.

IIRC it has some 200-ish pen, but does deflection damage. So even if 11 bounces in a row would be theoretically possible (although the odds would still be astronomically small), dealing no damage at all is not. I'd like to see that replay as well

Assuming the KT was backing off so that the KT got hit at front armour (AT shells have a little delay). KT has 375 front armour, don't know the exakt penetration of AT overwatch, so I took 200 as approximate value. Chances of not penterating once are about 47%.

If you multiply the 47% chance for 13times with itself you get a chance of 0,0055%, so it happens once in about 20.000 ability uses vs a KT. So yes it is unlikely and yes with the amount of games already played it is pretty likely someone saw it happen once in his lifetime.

Wish I saved it, cause at the time it did not seem that important.

Well could be a once in a life time thing.
