Hello there,
I've tried to use this ability to destroy a B-4 and I find out that unlike most ability of the same cost (namely the stuka dive bombe or Il-2 bombing strike which have the same cost), it is unable to destroy the arty, or at most really inconsistent.
Since it is one of the only 2 abilities able to do so for the OKW (the other one would be the Scavange tatics barrage, or maybe the Fortification Barrage but needs flares or consistent reco), Stuka barrage should be able to destroy Arty for its cost.

280mm Rocket Barrage
The following change should allow the rocket barrage from Feuerstorm to destroy stationary team weapons. Previously, there were times it could fail to kill howitzers as the projectiles only had penetration on their AOE, but not on direct-hits.
- Penetration from 0 to 80
- AOE penetration to 70

Previous patch was the walking stuka unit. I had pointed out that they should also check the commander ability but it seems no one did.
