Custom Map Winter Skins

Hi,

I recently made my first winter custom multiplayer map but the game doesn't select winter skins ingame.
I set the "uses ice" in the editor to true (ice is also active and working). When I inspect the .info file it also says that it should use winter skins (see copypasta below).
What am I doing wrong?

I tried multiple different skins but it always uses the summer skin.
It shows the summer skin in the loading screen as well.
I tried custom and official skins.
Base buildings are using winter skins thou.

Any hints appreciated

I would start by opening the .OPTIONS file in notepad and verifying USES_ICE in there.

Other than that, I would just assume Relic broke it at this point

EDIT:
If your base buildings are correct then USES_ICE is working. I think this also sets the vehicle skins to winter.

If the soldiers are not using winter, the INFO text has an issue. Was it saved with the wrong SUFFIX? Notepad likes to add a .TXT to the end so you may have edited it correct but not saved it correct and are still using the old file?

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
