compare to his performance it need to cost 200 fuel.

Why ? Because he has bad precision against infantery and he is only a little more armor than a panther

Maybe increase fuel/pop cost of the Panther or remove the pintle. That'll give Tiger space to be best AI heavy in Ost roster.

The tiger is fine against infantry. Already getting scatter bonus at vet 2 in next patch which is more than enough help. Literally no reason for this

scatter is the number that the shot from a tank can miss by. the higher the number the further the shell COULD deviate from where it was aiming
