When upgrading to MP40 they still have Kars. Is it only me or what. Tested if that grafic bug but no. Enemy HP going down only when they shoting with Kar and after testing upgrade vs no upgrade CQC looks like same results.
EDIT: Before patch was normal.

They don't get upgrade even before first reinforce. You upgrade and they still holding kars.

I really don't understand how the move to 64 bit could have caused this bug, honestly.

This sheet was reported back in September during beta testings... and they did absolutely nothing about it!

I find it amazing how much work went into ignoring all the feedback from beta testers...
The 240Hz monitor problem, the desync problems, worldbuilder, the list goes on... Relic why even go through the effort of beta testing when in the end you are obviously ignoring all the results?

same goes for ppsh airborne.
yeah, relic gave no fucks, this "patch" is exactly the same beta they released months ago, the construction preview dissapearing bug was reported day one and they didn't even bothered to fix that

Everything is possible with Relic Spaghetti Code. Remember the Ober LMG 34 SWS trucks a few patches ago even though there were no changes to either units?
I believe Stormtroopers and AB Guards use a special kind of upgrade for their free weapons, which is why they're the only ones affected.

Odd, is there some reason they'd use a "Special" kind of upgrade? Isn't it possible to have a unit upgrade cost no munitions normally?
I suppose a quick fix would be to give the upgrades a nominal cost of 1-10 munitions, if this is the case.

Game-code becomes worse and worse after every patch. Wrong words, wrong files etc. it is really messed up. It started with small fails, like making double folders for armies, e.g. now we have "soviets" and "soviet". And there are many more.
-> I can understand why there are so many problems.

240 Hz is a seldom sight. Why would they go through the trouble of trying to fix it just to please a couple of no lifers? Desync is an issue due to the age of the code (Intel was dominant back then). Worldbuilder is useful and they should have fixed it, that I agree with.
