Playing as UKF against the Wehrmacht on Angoville. Opponent set down an MG within reach of a reinforcement bunker. The MG became invincible even with two assault sections spraying it. Attempted to take out the bunker but mines were waiting for me.
Wondered what I did wrong and how best to counter it early on?

Hello friend
Sorry for the late reply. Partially it was really unfortunate you ran into two bugs this game, one when you killed the MG crew the gun kept firing which sucks, and also when it was invincible your squads targeted the actual machine gun instead of the lone unit reinforcing it. So, that was really unfortunate but you lost a couple squads through poor unit preservation and strategically I think splitting your attention between either dealing with the hardpoint or capping around it also lost you the game. Also, try and be a little more careful with your resource float, getting the AEC a little earlier or maybe a mortar pit instead, or grenades or otherwise making sure you're using all your resources and units is going to really help you there.
