Stupid Ideas for the game

*Removed popcap on max CP.
*All doctrinal units of a faction were now available at HQ on max CP.
*All "Unique"(Cannot build more than one) units now can rank to vet 5 to signify their uniqueness even more.
*On max CP their will be a buff that removes any previous limitations I'll name it all out war. Removes the base protection from commander abilities, you can now build more than one unique unit, etc.
Note: max cp can be increased for balancing.

Flamer Riflemen returning.
Only if we can have Flamer Penals too and both have the RNG death crits for dropping models and the exploding tank critical that instantly kills squad again

Penals were the only squad in the game which didn't had the exploding flamer tank.

I'm aware. Which is why I specified that they should also randomly explode because RNGesus smote them. You know, for "balance".
Edit. I also think they should bring back the whole "every deflected shot has a chance to stun the tank" flavor. Get those realism juices flowing again.

This would mean OKW auto-defeats USF at max CP due to scavange arty on main base.
