Helmets OP

Helmets are OP and must be given to Osttruppen. Conscripts are obviously already OP, so what I propose is to remove the helmets from cons and put them on osttruppen instead. Everyone disagreeing with me should be banned also.

Osttruppen have helmets on winter-maps, they would be too op on sommer-maps with helmets!

If helmets are OP then why do Soviet Gun Crews have helmets but Guards Rifle Infantry do not?

Are you going to tell me that my AT Gun Crew is better at their job than Guards?

Guard caps are sewn with communist labor and contain threads made from Stalin's mustache. They provide protection a helmet-wearing soldier can only dream of
