Missing Icons ingame

Hello everyone,

so what literally happend all my Icons are suddenly gone. I havent changed the path nor any descriptions in my mod. The Icons just disappeard ingame. Someone knows what the problem might be?

What do you mean with gone? Do you see empty grey backgrounds or pink Bad UI icons?

I sometimes receive a report after updating my mod about empty grey backgrounds. It was fixed by restarting the game. Somehow the cache was corrupt in those cases.

Bad UI icons means the path is wrong, but that seems unlikely since you haven't changed anything.

I made a new Skinpack. But mostly im changing just weapon stats and stuff like that

Looking again at your images, what does the folder 'CoH2Mods' contain? Are all mods directly located in there, including the new skin pack? I am not sure, but they might conflict when sharing the folder.

Hey there,

the files are in the PNG format. The FLEX i use is from around 2015. i saved that program years ago on a harddrive and got those old files back to my new computer. honestly i dont know where i can get a newer version but i stay with "never change the running system".

Instead of reinstalling FLEX i put my Mod folder from the documents path directly on the Desktop. Oddly i rebuild my mod located in the new path and the rendering took a lot longer now. All in all the Icons appear ingame!

PS: I still dont understand what had been wrong

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
