Hi
i have played COH2 from 2012-2019 June
then took a long break until APR/20, i decided to return to COH2 now , but it seems i cant join any lobby and no one can join my lobby, also that my old load outs doesn't show up but i can create new ones.
i tried COH1 it works fine i even played online matches.
i tried the following:
uninstalling
verifying
clearing the documents
switched game language ENG -> GER
restarted PC,Switch,Router
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeLIDXbqgJc
here is a video of it also.
i even contacted SEGA support but they couldn't help me also.
if anyone has any idea or solution that would be great.
also from old forums that people wrote, i thought maybe i am banned? i really dont know!
this is my steamID64 "76561198067476350"
Thanks
Cant join any online lobby and vice versa.

If you have been banned then there should be a message box popping up when you go into online lobbies. The box might contain no text though

Are you able to test a different Internet connection? A phone hotspot or 4G dongle, for example?

Ok, you may have a firewall/port forwarding issue. It's possible COH2 uses different ports to COH1. It seems odd to have any problem, but some routers have lots of extra features that may be causing issues.
I would suggest logging into your router and seeing what options it has for blocking/forward traffic.

I have this problem since January.
I have done my little video as well here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgjTBhyJSsE&t=110s
I have many questioning about this, because i am able to play but not every time. If this was a router problem, i tend to believe that the problem should be permanent.
Are you in the same position ? or you are not able to play online at all ?

I strongly recommend making sure you have the latest official drivers for your network adapter. Windows 10 generic drivers can have all sorts of weird bugs. You can find the details of what network adapter you have in Device Manager if you want some help locating the best drivers.
Another possibility is that your ISP has some poor international routing (sometimes they switch to low cost routes outside of peak hours). A VPN free trial may help your traffic travel via a different route and tell if the issue is with your ISP rather than your router. This is particularly relevant right now given the heavy loads that many Internet providers are currently under.
Failing all of that, what make and model are your routers?

Ty for your assistance.
I tried with a free vpn, it worked instantely. What should i do ? I admit i don't know were to look in my device manager.
My modem is a "free crystal". Don't know really the model except that.
EDIT: i had the option to change my IP adress to "a fix ipv4" one. It wasn't working at all today, and after this change it has worked. It's maybe a false positive, so wait and see.
