Need help to find who is noob :) 3v3

Hi, we are playing 3v3 with axis 2 wehrmacht and 1 okw. Ranks around 2k. Need some feedback to improve our gameplay. Sometimes we lose to teams with far lower ranks, cant figure out why.

At this game we were good at start, we got both fuels, we got shocked when enemy got alot of t34s(this happens almost in our games) and near end of game we had no infantry to take vp's.

we kind of compare each others plays, so if you can have few words about who is good and who is bad also i would be happy :)
