his point is allies can afford to have(pop cap wise) a composition that can deal with anything and ost can not.
It is what you get for the price and pop.
Chruchill, an allrounder also able to fight a Panther with RNG-gods even wins. Able to deal with Schreck-crews and PaKs with 2 shots.
Panther, able to fight a Churchill, if you don't want it be half-dead you are able to outrange it, but doesn't really works. Does some DPS, but will never be able to deal with a Piat-Pio or a AT-gun.
With actual health and pen stats Churchill has 5 too much range. If you are able to get more than 2 game is over if you don't face an other unbalanced commander/unit. Don't forget no-pop arty.
Edit: Such situations become worse in 2vs2+. The actual balance is very good in 1vs1, but has real bad foothills in other game modes.
But back, that isn't about the thread. But before we focus on frag-bombs, there are abilities REALLY are too good for their price and other way too worse.
