No offense but if the first one also included this balance whining ("penals OP" etc.) then it's no wonder it didn't get reviewed.
People usually ignore these review requests if they immediately start with the player blaming his issues on balance.
Good luck anyway with getting it reviewed. I am not a 1v1 player so I can't help that much
