Simple QoL change for the USF ambulance.

  • Change the currently toggled Healing Aura to an automatic one: it turns on if the vehicle is stationary and turns off when it's in motion.
  • Add the Handbrake ability from the halftracks.

The Ambulance works in exactly the same way: it heals and reinforces when stationary in your territory.

However, implementing it this way allows you to command it with the shift-queue, making it a little nicer to use,

I like the idea, but I think it might be better to delay when the aoe healing would come into effect, like how spotting scopes work. This way, gameplay is functionally identical.

I like the idea. What I really want though is a parking garage for it in the base so it’s not so snipe-able when using it primarily as base healing. .

If the live version has a delay, so should this.

THe performance should stay the same.
