I'm in a bad spot with USF and would appreciate some feedback

You didn't balance mp and fuel. Could have teched, instead you built 50cal and dropped an atg. Most people would not play 4 rifles. I personally like it though. Skipping AA HT may be worth consideration after having such good early game map control. If your enemy builds a useless pak you're one unit ahead already and the quick sherman can seal the deal.
Other than that your opponent just had a slightly higher basic skill level. Thats why you lost mid late game. (less idle units, more controlled unit movement, better anticipation etc. it all comes with practice)
