I don't think he is using hacks, he has mediocre stats with 590 losses.

Most likely it was just pure, unlucky coincidence ;/

The fact that this guy has 500 loses as soviets and still is rank 24 indicates for me that especially bcs of those loses it might not be coincedence. I would understand that after 500 loses you wouldn't be able to reach top 25 all of a sudden bcs of elo AND bcs if you already have 500 loses it seems weird if you are suddendly able to win all your games :/

Is there a way to investigate?
