Y nerfs seem to work like that : Unit 1 works too well against unit 2, so we nerf it, but we dont count other units as well. Leigs primaty target isnt mortar pits, its team weapons, and if it cant do shit vs em, then...

ISG was too cheap in 1.0, they should have just increased price (which they did in 1.1) but not introduce any additional nerfs to ISG
