GG with some real nail-biter moments in it. Fun played really well.
For some reason, I get horrible screen lag with this map, especially with incendiary fire...I don't think it's in this game, but is this a problem for anyone else?

Man you almost had the knockout punch i felt there, if ya went pgren shreks, middle woulda been impossible for him.
Weirdly for all that damage the scout cars did, it didnt turn into much capture.

Ya, I can never tell if someone is going t3 of t4. I knew from his bulletins that he was going to Maxim spam and I figured I had the choice of sniper/mortar and grind or try the SCs and use them to fend off a T70 if I had to so I went for it. I've been burned by the superior artillery of Soviet T4/120mm mortar on that map before. I knew that the 2 SCs would counter a T70 but that map with all it's trees and the generally awful pathing of this game makes vehicles somewhat difficult as well.

It may have been worth back-teching to Tier 1 at some point for Grenadiers instead of additional Panzergrenadiers, it's only like 120 MP for the building I believe. Against Tier 3 I find Panzerfausts to be indispensable.
Awesome to see the howitzer in a 1v1! It actually did quite well with 30 kills, certainly paying for itself, and dealing with some annoying Maxims and 120mms. I wasn't watching the Field Artillery Officer constantly, and it looked like you were low on munitions, but the smoke barrage could have been useful in the mid/late game against those Maxims to allow your Panzergrenadiers to charge in.
Also, those scout cars were so cost effective in the early game. They had around 15 kills each even before upgrading to deal with the T-70, and wiped a couple of Maxim squads entirely. Just considering reinforcement costs, each 80 MP unit took out at least 300 MP.

Ya T1 would have helped and fausts do make a great difference. I don't know what inspired that start from me. I just saw his loading screen and thought...eh, why not give it a go.
Actually you can make an argument that the arty officer helped save the game in the waning stages because I used the arty barrage and then the ability right after to keep the middle clear for an extended period of time
