He means he would've won the game, if his arty didn't wipe out his own squads. SPrice English might be hard to understand sometimes.
And I agree he would've won but the almighty coh2 God decided that SPrice should lose and wiped out two crucial squads.
Nevertheless it was a very intensive and long game, truly legendary.

Right, I was a bit confused with the other thread as well and I didn't check who actually one this. Also chat didn't really help. 
I'm waiting for a cast of this so I can watch this and understand why there was a thread with so many replies already.

I recommend you to watch the past twitch broadcast on SNF. It catches the emotions in the best way and you see even the chat I guess which turned in a flame war on abusive strategies.

RNG lost game for Price, this armor doc arty was fired on pak and MG and still 2 shells landed on VP where price was, pure RNG, if only this arty would take out MG and pak price would have won that easily

I'm no pro player but one can argue that if you know that this ability is RNG (unpredictable) why use it that close to your own infantry ? He could of spent that munition on Thompsons for his vehicle crew, they are an awesome upgrade and would of probably helped in this case.
In the end, the RNG happened because he called that ability himself, not the game.

Truly legendary game, but i does not feel bad for a Price. He should have knew how RNG BS this barrage is, and considered risks.

What's so innovative in that play style?
Hes very fun to watch and he's the one who discovers most bugs .
He never uses the classic commanders and his build orders are very diverse and exotic.
