I only played him in 2vs2, there it helped to get always a fast raketenwerfer and use your first munitions for mines to somehow deal with the scout car spam in order to get an advantage for middle/late game.
It's really hard to deal with as OKW in my opinion. FlakTrack can be shut down easily by guards PTRS rifles. It feels like the only help is to win the infantry combat by getting panzerfüsiliers or Falls or anything else that can deal with the guards, JLI with ostwind combo helps for me in 2vs2.
By the time you somehow managed to get a foot into the game, 10 CP were reached and the trololo T34/85 spam began, at this point you either need luck with mines, rngs or simply a lot of raketenwerfer, however this will leave you in a blind spot for the guards.
So yeah when anybody knows how to effectively counter this strat, share your story.

I've played against this guy (Molo) easily a dozen or more times in 1v1, and often with him in 2v2. He literally always does the exact same build, the annoying thing is that in this patch with the inherent strength of Soviets in general and Guard Motor/Guards in particular his complete predictability does not even matter that much, its still a dangerous opponent.
As OKW, you really want a Raketen for the fourth unit, and need to stay compact and mutually supporting at all times. While the Flak HT is vulnerable, its your only hope to put manpower bleed on him and really force retreats. Otherwise, Guards in green cover will literally win all the infantry engagements singlehandedly.
In the lategame, he will then utterly spam 85s, I've fought against as many as 6 85s simultaneously in 1v1(!). All availabe munis should go towards mines, infantry with a snare really helps, a JP for following up is a good idea, but it needs to be anchored by obscene amounts of staggered Raketens, and by obscene I mean as many as 5-6 or more if need be...

I don't think there is strat which would give any real advantage against what he is doing in this patch. Biggest problem when playing against this in current patch is that even if you kill all his M3s and 85s you still can't really win fights against guards unless you have a sniper or somekind of good anti inf vehicle.

Works every time. Molo is by far the easiest to beat out of all the guard spammers because he provides you alot of free fuel and cover with his M3s.

Guys watch the replay, donny didn't lose because of scout cars but because he had no tools that could deal with the guards. By the time he created some room to breath his command panther was steamrolled by 3 t34/85.
Guards are easily spammable as molo had 4 of them a way to quick. If he goes Panzerfüsilier, he will have no muni for mines and falls just suck against guards because they bleed too much and their dps drastically deceases with each entity loss.

I just played against this guy a dozen times. Mines for OKW are the only way. shreks get wiped on retreat and pushed around too much. Survive the scout cars are you're ok.
