Although I didn't fully utilize all of Terror Tactics's abilities I did build Howitzer, Shocks, and use IL2 Bombing run to hold off 3 OKW Panthers. Most munis late game were being saved for Percision Howitzer and IL2 Bombing runs. My T34 micro is pretty bad(I rarely ever build T34s and I wanted to try Terror Tactics doc), but they manage to hold off double Panthers until I won form VP drain.
